Review by hotel critic
During my gourmet getaway at Radisson Blu, I was pleasantly surprised by the culinary innovation that permeated each dish. The restaurant's ambiance was as inviting as the flavors on my plate. What stood out most were the locally hand-picked herbs sourced from the mountainous region, adding a fresh Alpine touch to every bite. Tasting the honey from the beekeeper of canton Uri felt like a sweet connection to the local Swiss culture. As I dined, I couldn't help but appreciate the attention to detail in utilizing mountain spring water full of minerals, enhancing the overall dining experience. The delicate balance of flavors and the meticulous presentation truly showcased the chef's expertise. Emphasizing safety protocols would further enhance the overall dining experience at this otherwise exceptional hotel.
